Ooohhh it’s the 8th but I MUST do this challenge!!!!! So let’s get it!!!

Pose: Handstand
Benefits: increases blood flow throughout the body, decreases stress and depression, because it is an inversion. Handstands develops and improves concentration, focus and acute balance, while focusing on strengthening the arms, wrists shoulders, spine, lungs and brain.
