Boat Pose & It’s Benefits

Day 4⃣ of the #30DayYogaLiving challenge with @kinoyoga and @omstarsofficial is a core burner
⛵#BoatPose or #Navasana.

Boat pose is a great stress reliever, which aids in strengthening the spine and hip flexors, it keeps the abdominal organs massaged and toned, it also strengthens the abdominal muscles, legs, arms and back muscles. Digestion and balance is improved with continued practice of Navasana.
