Standing Split or Urdva Prasarita Eka Padasana

Day 21 of the #BalanceKingdom challenge is #VerticalSplits with @cyogalab.

As you already know (splits are not my strong suit!) but somehow I can accomplish this asana without fail so I know my balance helps tremendously! It took alot of work and practice 💪✌😎

Yoga Benefits : Vertical splits deeply opens up our hip flexors so it increases our range of motion (In the hips) tremendously! This is one of the best stretches for our groin, quads and hammies simultaneously while strengthening the knees and ankles.
