Lotus Pose in Forearm Balance

Day 20! WOW!
Today’s pose is a Forearm Balance in Lotus or Padmasana with @Cyogalab 🕉✌

I had difficulties with the handstand variation so I opted for pincha, modify to your comfort and skill level and #RespectYourPractice 😎

Yoga Benefits : This improves our bodily awareness, concentration and blood flow to the brain. It massages the abdomen and it’s organs, also stretches and strengthens the knee and ankle muscles.
