Side Shoulder Stand Lotus Variation

Lotus ShoulderstandFor day 16 of the Balance Kingdom challenge with host @cyogalab we will take a look at
Padmasana or Lotus Pose in Side Shoulder Stand or Parsva Sarvangasana.
This is tricky balancing all your weight on that one elbow, but when you find that sweet spot on the sacrum it almost becomes effortless.

Yoga Benefits : This is an inversion so it increases circulation while reducing anxiety, it stretches and strengthens shoulders, arms, neck and abdominal muscles.
