Early good morning to you!

Day 4 of the Balance Kingdom challenge is Bakasana or Crow Pose with Carmen of @cyogalab

#Benefits : Strengthens your wrists, arms, shoulders, increases indurance, strengthens the mind as well as your focus.

Typically like to hold this asana for 5 breaths at a time, doing 3 rounds. Practice safely by leaning your head against a wall or a couch for balance support so you can turn your focus on strengthening and alignment, or lift one leg at a time off of the mat!
