The Infamous Garudasana or Eagle Pose

Day 3 of the Balance Kingdom challenge is Eagle Pose or Garudasana with Carmen of the Chicago Yoga Lab (@cyogalab).

I personally love one legged balancing poses, Warrior 3, Tree Pose, Dancer Pose etc.

Carmen is right it does give you those moments of inner reflection and pure concentration, it always leaves me feeling calm. 🕉😋

Benefits :
Other than the obvious benefit of sharpening our concentration and balance, Garudasana strengthens and stretches our hips, shoulders, upper back, ankles and calves, so we get alot of benefits from this one posture, mentally and physically, so keep on practicing! 🙂
