DancerPose or Natarajasana


​Day 6 of the #BalancedAndAligned2017 challenge is #DancerPose or #Natarajasana

This Asana improves your concentration and balance, strengthens your legs and ankles, stretches your thighs, groin, abdomen, chest and shoulders.

👇👇👇

💫In Mountain pose, Exhale and shift your weight to your right foot, lift your left heel as you bend your left knee

💫Inhale as you reach your left hand back holding onto your ankle

💫Exhale as you find your balance by focusing on one point out in front of you, then slowly lean your torso forward as you lift your foot higher

💫Extend your right hand out in front of you and hold for 15 to 30 seconds

💫Exhale as you slowly release your ankle and bring your foot back down to the mat in #mountain pose, then repeat on the other leg.
Ajna chakra is the 6th chakra, it identifies with the color indigo and the element light and electrical energy and is also the second chakra of the metaphysical plane. The Ajna chakra is the spiritual eye and it focuses on seeing beyond the physical, enhancing creativity, clairvoyance and intuition. Do this pose with the intention- ‘ I want to see clearly’
