Inhale bring your hands to your hips and lengthen your spine upward.
Exhale folding at your hips, keep the length in your torso as you bring your fingertips or palms to the floor in front of you or hold on to your ankles.
breathe here for 15 to 30 seconds then return to the start position (tadasana / mountain pose)
