Standing Tall in Mountain pose inhale and step your right leg back 3 to 4 feet behind you.
Exhale as you bend the left knee with your front foot pointed straight ahead and your back foot at a 45 degree angle, keeping your legs active and strong.
Inhale sweeping your hands overhead, keeping your hips squared and pelvis facing forward and your left knee over your ankle.
Keep your abs firm and back strong, breathe here for 15 to 30 seconds and switch sides!
